
The Football Association is to investigate comments made by Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho during Saturday’s game with Newcastle.
The Press Association reports that the United boss is to be investigated following comments believed to have been made by the Portuguese manager during their dramatic 3-2 victory against Newcastle at Old Trafford on Saturday.
At both Half Time and full time the United manager made gestures towards television cameras broadcasting the game, but is unsure at this stage what this investigation is looking at.
Post match Mourinho told reporters that there is a “manhunt” against him and that things that are going on is “his fault.”
The win saw United go up to 8th in the table and secure their first home win since the opening day.
