Portsmouth duo Theo Widdrington and Jez Bedord have rejoined the Hawks ahead of their Tuesday night clash against Horndean at Five Heads Park. The duo who recently signed their first professional contracts at the League 2 champions started for the Hawks and lasted the full 90 minutes in their 5-2 home friendly defeat to National League side Sutton United.
Lee Bradbury has been facing somewhat of an injury crisis ahead of their return to the National League South this season. Bradley Tarbuck, Jordan Rose, Dan Sturgnell and Brian Stock are all still out but Bradbury hopes that all but the latter are available for Chippenham Town on the opening day.
However Mike Carter could make his way back into the lineup after he pulled up ahead of the friendly against Farnborough 9 days ago.
Hawks host Horndean at Five Heads Park tomorrow night with the club announcing that tickets for the fixture will remain at £6 for Adults and £3 for Concessions. The bar is open pre-match with food and hot/cold drinks available inside the ground itself.
